The Sassy Turtle is pleased to offer fresh, flavorful meals prepared in your home. Several packages are offered, each being unique to your particular situation.

Our Meal Plan Packages are outlined below. As I offer personal service, please contact me if you do not see a plan that suits your needs. All entrees include two appropriate side dishes to make the meal nutritionally balanced (typically a starch and veggie). To be as flexible as possible, The Sassy Turtle operates on a Fee Plus schedule. You are able to eat what you like to eat, from elegant Surf and Turf to a home-style Casserole. Sales Tax is not included.  Unless otherwise noted, all prices quoted below do not include groceries.

Special Diet Meals (Atkins, Weight Watchers, South Beach, etc) are available, but are subject to a $35 per cook-date fee for additional menu planning.

Plan 1:

3 Entrees/Sides, 4 portions each. 12 Total Servings (Family of 4; 3 Meals, Family of 2; 6 Meals, Single Person; 12 Meals) $200 plus cost of groceries (*approximately $125 in groceries)

Plan 2:

4 Entrees/Sides, 4 portions each. 16 Total Servings (Family of 4; 4 Meals, Family of 2; 8 Meals, Single Person; 16 Meals) $225 plus cost of groceries (*approximately $150 in groceries)

Plan 3:

5 Entrees/Sides, 4 portions each. 20 Total Servings (Family of 4; 5 Meals, Family of 2: 10 Meals, Single Person; 20 Meals) $250 plus cost of groceries (*approximately $175 in groceries)

Service Fee Deposit Procedure
For each level of service there will be a required service fee deposit payable in advance of the cook date. On your cook date I will leave you an invoice of your grocery costs based on what I spent any other incidentals. The balance is then due within 3 days of service. After an established service has been met, service fee and grocery bill will be combined and due within three days of service.

Fee includes:

· Consultation

· Menu research and planning

· Shopping

· Meal preparation

· Storage and labeling of all meals

· Containers

· Instruction on heating and serving

· Clean up

In addition to the meal service, The Sassy Turtle offers small party catering. From an intimate dinner to a small wedding reception, we will make your event a memorable one!

Plated Dinners

Available Courses: Appetizer, Soup, Salad, Pasta, Entrée (w/sides), Cheese, Dessert

Pricing is based upon the following items:

· Menu (Food cost, Complexity, Number of Courses)

· Guest Count

· Service Staff

· Rental Equipment (Linens, Serving Equipment, Dish/Flatware, etc)

Intimate Dinners for 2 begin at $100 per person for 4 courses. Dinners for 12 begin at $75/person.

Buffet Dinners (for 8 to 20 guests)

Choose from three different levels. In addition to the items listed above, pricing for buffet dinners also depends upon the level of service desired.  The following is a guideline:

• Advance Service - Everything is prepared in advance; client is responsible for reheating (an outline is provided); Begins at $50/person for 4 items
• Nick of Time Service - Everything is prepared in advance and the buffet is set up. As guests arrive, I exit; Begins at $60/person for four items
• Full Service - I stay through the party to serve and handle clean-up; Begins at $70/person for four items

Home Parties (Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, Wedding Receptions)

Prices begin at $200 plus the cost of groceries and are dependent upon the menu and guest count.  There must be a full kitchen on-site.
